Craftsmanship

Years ago people couldn't just run to the nearest Lowe's Store and pick up some lumber or find a new shovel or go to Wal-Mart and pick up a shirt, they had to make it, all of it.
Having the ability to problem solve was important to survival. If you couldn't figure it out you might die. There were things that were made not of necessity but rather of enjoyment also.
