RON PAUL Meetup 29 Springfield MO

Well most of you know I am gungho about Ron Paul and feel he's the only candidate on the stage who could bring this country out of its rut. Well there's more, I am also active, or I try to be, in the grassroots effort for the campaign. I am part of a meetup group who goes out and talks to people about Ron Paul and let them know what the media doesnt want them to know about.

Here in Springfield there are a good number of people who have never heard of Ron Paul. In fact yesterday someone mentioned to me that they thought he was made up (because they seen my signs in my office at work). A long conversation ensued covering everything from St. Huck (she was a Huckabee fan too...as are a lot of people who only listen to the jargon the media gives them) to the economy. I had to explain to the ex banker how the intrest rate is directly related to the number of dollars printed and how that was related to the value of the dollar. Regardless I did not convince her because she is a self willed person who thinks she conquered the world and no one, especially no man, will tell her any different.

Anywho, I created another blog to help our meetup group 29 to raise some funds in order to get the word out here because most of us are tapped out and we are having trouble affording the local advertisements. So anyone who is able and interested in spreading liberty I invite you to donate what ever you can, $5, $10, $100 anything to help.
